It is rich and rounded in the mouth, with a pronounced fruity character and a mild mineral finish. Although not a classic light rosé, the wine retains freshness and excellent drinkability.
It goes well with dishes such as shrimp, tuna steak, salmon, goose liver pâté, but also with various desserts, especially those with raspberries, strawberries and almonds.

Olive oil Poletti - extra virgin
The plantations are located in the position of Brajda and Stara Brajda.
We own about 200 trees of the varieties Leccino and Pendolino, Buža and Bilica. Oils are blended every year and sold as such.
Harvesting is a wound, and processing is carried out on the same day, thus retaining its best characteristics in oil.
Extra virgin olive oil is formed after the first pressing of healthy olive fruits crushed into pure olive oil, which then needs to meet various chemical parameters. Be sure to be careful every step taken, in order to ultimately get top quality olive oil that will gladly be the perfect addition and ingredient of gastronomic delicacies.
