Villa Bellavista is a newly built holiday house located on its own fenced garden of 4,500 m2 on the edge of the village Markovac, about 14 km from Poreč and 1 km from the sea.

The house was built in 2014 and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the coastal towns of Poreč, Novigrad and Vrsar. Guests of the house have at their disposal fenced parking for 2 vehicles, 2 covered terraces with seating furniture, summer kitchen, own pool with deck chairs and outdoor shower, covered area with table tennis, table football, billiards and darts, swing and attractive macadam trail for mountain bikes.

Holiday house for 6-7 persons furnished with high quality modern furniture of approx. 130 m2. The house consists of a living room with kitchen, dining room and living room with a beautiful panoramic sea view and access to a covered terrace, one double room with double bed, shower/WC and exit to the terrace, one double room with twin beds and its own shower/WC, one double room with double bed, an extra bed, its own shower/WC and its own terrace with sitting furniture, separate toilet.

The owner of the house is Peter Poletti, one of the leading Istrian winemakers whose family house and wine cellar are located only 100 meters from the villa Bellavista.
